We offer flexible cancellation terms. Standard bookings receive a full refund up to 7 days before check-in, and a 50% refund up to 3 days before. Peak season and event bookings may have stricter terms, which are always communicated clearly at the time of booking.

We provide self check-in with a smart lock or lockbox code, sent to you 24 hours before arrival along with detailed instructions and a welcome guide. Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability.

Yes, all of our properties include free parking. Most homes have private driveways or dedicated parking spots. Specific parking details are included in your check-in instructions.

We sign a corporate lease directly with property owners, guaranteeing monthly rent payments regardless of occupancy. We then professionally furnish, list, and manage the property on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. You receive consistent, guaranteed income while we handle everything — from guest communication and cleaning to maintenance and compliance.

Our corporate lease is a legally binding agreement that obligates Sivako to pay your agreed-upon monthly rent, whether the property is booked or not. This eliminates vacancy risk entirely. We absorb the market fluctuations so you enjoy predictable, stress-free income.

All guests are covered by platform-level protection programs (such as Airbnb's AirCover), and Sivako carries additional liability coverage. We also conduct thorough inspections after every guest checkout. In the rare event of damage, we handle the claims process and repairs entirely — at no cost to you.
